FAQ & Shipping information

About my online print store:

I've chosen to make one print available at a time for a limited period in my print store. This allows me to manage orders more easily and efficiently. If you're interested in purchasing a print from me in the future, I recommend subscribing to my exclusive mailing list. This way, you'll be the first to know about the next available print and receive in-depth stories and behind-the-scenes insights into the creation of my artworks.

I order all my prints at The Print Space in London, the leading art printer in Europe. Prints will be shipped worldwide from my address in Reykjavik in a crumble-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. I will notify you by email about the progress of your order.

Secure Payment:

Your payment option at check out is TEYA (SaltPay), Iceland’s most secure and trusted payment platform. You’ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order :

Exchanges & Returns:

Straight refunds are not accepted as most of them are limited edition prints, however, in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact me from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.

Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:

The majority of my fine art prints have a limited edition quantity. Once the prints sell out, they will never be available again.

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity which provides the name of the artwork, my signature, the logo of the Viti Project, the edition number, the size and medium of the artwork and the production date.

Giclée Prints:

My fine art prints are Giclée printed on high-quality Ilford Cotton Textured paper which has a weight of 310 gsm. To give you an idea, I paint my original watercolors on similar paper that has a weight of 300 gsm, which means it will be hard to tell the difference between your print and an original painting. The colors are intense, and the texture holds the ink and catches the light ;)
